These terms govern the use of the cleaning.myezerdigital.ca website and the services offered by myEzer Cleaning Services (myEzer Services Inc.) in the Ottawa–Gatineau area.
1. Quotes and estimates
Prices shown by our online calculator are estimates based on the information provided (square footage, number of rooms, frequency). The final price may vary slightly depending on the actual condition observed at the time of service.
2. Payment
Payment is made after the service is completed, according to terms agreed with you (Interac e-transfer or other accepted method). No payment is required before the visit.
3. Satisfaction guarantee
If something included in the original quote does not meet our quality standards, let us know within 24 hours of the visit. We will return to fix it at no extra charge, provided we are given access to the property to make the correction. This guarantee does not cover tasks not included in the original quote.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us as early as possible before the scheduled time.
5. Property access
It is your responsibility to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time for the service.
6. Limitation of liability
myEzer Services Inc. makes reasonable efforts to provide quality service but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or damage not reported before the service.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect is always the one published on the site.
